Meal Plan Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This promotion is available to Mississippi State University students who are eligible to purchase a qualifying meal plan for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 academic year. All meal plans are subject to Mississippi State University Dining Services policies.
2. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid from April 8, 2026 through April 30, 2026. Qualifying meal plans must be purchased during this period to receive the promotional offer.
3. Qualifying Meal Plans
   The following meal plans are eligible for this promotion:
   • Weekly 21
   • Weekly 14
   • Weekly 7 or Block 60
   • Block 30
4. Two‑Semester Commitment
   Meal Plans are a two-semester commitment (Fall 2026/Spring 2027).
   • The promotional discount or promotional Dawg Dollars will be applied to the Fall 2026 semester only.
   • No promotional value will be applied to the Spring 2027 semester.
5. Promotional Offer
   Eligible participants may choose one (1) promotional option per qualifying meal plan:
   • A discount applied to the Fall 2026 meal plan cost OR
   • A matching value of promotional Dawg Dollars applied in Fall 2026

Promotional values:

5. • Weekly 21: $200 discount or $200 Dawg Dollars
   • Weekly 14: $150 discount or $150 Dawg Dollars
   • Weekly 7 / Block 60: $100 discount or $100 Dawg Dollars
   • Block 30: $50 discount or $50 Dawg Dollars
6. Meal Plan Change Period & Promotion Application
   The promotional discount or promotional Dawg Dollars will not be applied until after the Fall 2026 Meal Plan Change Period, which occurs during the first two weeks of the Fall 2026 semester.
   • If a student downgrades their meal plan during the Meal Plan Change Period, the promotion will be forfeited and will not be applied.
   • Promotional value will only be applied to the meal plan retained after the Meal Plan Change Period concludes.
7. One‑Time Use
   This promotion is a one‑time offer. Only one promotional reward may be applied per student per qualifying meal plan purchase.
8. Dawg Dollars – Promotional vs. Purchased
   Promotional Dawg Dollars awarded through this promotion:
   • Have no cash value
   • Are non‑transferable
   • May not be replaced if lost or unused
   • Will be applied to the Fall 2026 semester
   • Expire at the end of the Spring 2027 semester
   • Used after purchased dawg dollars
   • Must be used prior to expiration or will be forfeited

Purchased Dawg Dollars:

8. • Rollover from semester to semester
   • Remain on the student account until graduation or separation
   • Are governed by standard MSU Dawg Dollar policies
9. Automatic Dawg Dollar Enrollment
   Full‑time undergraduate students who are under 25 years of age (does not include students who are age 25) are automatically enrolled in $300 Dawg Dollars each fall and spring semester.
   • Automatic and purchased Dawg Dollars follow standard rollover rules.
   • Promotional Dawg Dollars follow the expiration rules listed in Section 8.
10. Payment Terms
    Meal plan charges may be applied to a student’s university account using approved billing methods, including the “sign now, charge to student account” option where available.
11. No Substitutions or Refunds
    Promotional discounts and promotional Dawg Dollars:
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash
    • Cannot be substituted for another offer
    • Are non‑refundable once applied
12. Changes & Termination
    Mississippi State University Dining Services reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, consistent with university policy.
13. General Conditions
    Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all applicable Mississippi State University Dining Services and university policies.
